We have created many complex capture plans.  Much of this process employs tools that are commonly used for corporate strategic planning, although the emphasis here is on understanding the competitive landscape and the customer’s specific (often unwritten) needs.  Additionally, it is critical to conduct absolutely honest self assessments and gap and risk analyses.  Finally, there are many approaches to costing and pricing – we can lead you down the right path.
