Nicolette

Nicolette was a very early adopter of computer based training and instructional design, earning a Master’s Diploma in the mid 1980’s, long before most people were aware of the potential of personal computers and the evolving internet.

She has developed strong business acumen and a very solid background in Change Management, leveraging her university studies, background as a teacher and extensive body of work over a large client base.

Nicolette’s background in change management rounds out our other skills in the areas of strategy and major program capture, as virtually all strategic plans and major program wins result in some degree of change.

Nicolette has worked for major corporations, has been a partner in a start-up business and has worked in small and very large consulting businesses, including Accenture Ltd.

She has provided strategy, instructional design and change management services to a wide array of clients over her career, including; the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, Shared Services Canada, Innovapost, HRSDC, Canada Post, Correctional Services Canada, various other Government of Canada departments, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, General Electric and GE Capital Services, Air Canada, the US Chamber of Commerce, Transport Canada, Pearson International Airport, Manulife Financial, Prudential Insurance, Parks Canada, Canadian Hydrographic Service, and Bell Northern Research.
